The RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. It’s a cornerstone of our nutrition and wellness programs at Evergreen Wellness Academy.
A 5-week online program, RESTART® blends nutritional education with a 3-week sugar detox. Add in the element of group support and you have a powerful combination! We focus on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy, reduce inflammation and finally kick those sugar and carb cravings for good.

Payment must be received in advance of any 1:1 appointment or class start date.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that sometimes life can derail our best intentions. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling up to two times. Should you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your 1:1 appointment or class start date in order to be eligible to reschedule with no additional charge.
