How It Works
Complete and Submit Health History and Symptoms Questionnaires
We will start by having you provide your health history and complete a symptoms questionnaire to communicate what you have experienced in the past and what is challenging you right now.
Schedule Your Initial Consultation
Next, we will schedule a time and date to meet via Zoom or in person to review your history and current symptoms. Allow up to 90 minutes of uninterrupted time for this appointment.

This is your opportunity to share with us the things you believe are relevant to your health status – even the things that perhaps other healthcare practitioners have not taken the time to listen to. We will likely have some questions for you and then we will review which of our many tools we recommend to support quieting the systemic inflammation that drives autoimmune disease.

Payment must be received in advance of any 1:1 appointment or class start date.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that sometimes life can derail our best intentions. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling up to two times. Should you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your 1:1 appointment or class start date in order to be eligible to reschedule with no additional charge.
No Show Policy
No shows are not eligible to reschedule.
